    This position supports precision machining operations within an industrial manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for programming, setup, and operation of CNC equipment to produce parts that meet dimensional and quality requirements. Ownership includes inspection, troubleshooting, and basic preventive maintenance. Performance is tied to production output, accuracy, and equipment reliability.

    What You'll Do
    Program and set up CNC machines to produce first-article and production parts
    Operate lathes, mills, grinders, and specialized machining equipment
    Inspect parts using calipers, squares, and precision measuring tools
    Adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling to maintain part quality throughout runs
    Align and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials on machines
    Troubleshoot machining issues and correct process deviations
    Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment and tooling
    Maintain production and runtime standards for assigned jobs
    Produce consistently accurate work on a daily basis

    What You'll Need
    Minimum 5 years experience in a CNC Machinist role
    Proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings
    Experience programming and setting up CNC machines
    Working knowledge of calipers, squares, and precision measuring devices
    Basic shop math competency
    High school diploma or equivalent
