A Day in the Shop

- Decode blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to plan each operation.
- Track machine performance during cycles and fine‑tune parameters to hold tolerance and quality.
- Carry out routine maintenance and diagnose issues on CNC machinery to minimize downtime.
- Work safely and keep your area organized and clean at all times.
- Partner with teammates to refine processes, boost throughput, and reduce variation.
- Record production details and maintain precise documentation of each job.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; a machining technical certificate or degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as a CNC Operator or in a closely related machining role.
- Fluent in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Solid knowledge of CNC machinery and programming fundamentals.
- Comfort working independently and collaborating within a team environment.
