    What you’ll do

    • Set up and operate CNC grinding and milling equipment to produce precision aerospace parts.
    • Measure, verify, and adjust—using precision tools, prints, and offsets to hit spec the first time.
    • Work alongside Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and the Tool Room to optimize processes.
    • Model best-in-class safety, quality, and teamwork.

    What you bring

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • 3–5 years of related machining experience.
    • Hands-on exposure to CNC machining, grinding, milling, or multi-axis equipment.
    • Proven blueprint reading and inspection skills.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
    • Dependable attendance, positive attitude, desire to learn, and a team-first mindset.
    • Aerospace background is a plus; strong machinists from other industries encouraged to apply.
