    We’re looking for a CNC Machinery Reliability Technician to keep our production assets—Mori Seiki Mill Turns, Makino 5-axis Mills, Tsugami Mill Turns, and Citizen Swiss—running flawlessly. Your expertise will safeguard uptime and throughput for the critical medical components we produce.

    Schedule

    Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm

    A day in the life

    • Begin with a quick review of PM logs, then execute prioritized preventive maintenance to stop issues before they start.
    • Respond to machine alarms, isolate faults, and resolve electrical, mechanical, or pneumatic root causes to minimize production disruption.
    • Partner with production and engineering to diagnose complex malfunctions so schedules stay intact and quality stays high.
    • Document work thoroughly—repairs, inspections, parts replaced—to keep our history and compliance records complete.
    • Support the installation and commissioning of new CNC assets, ensuring safety and quality standards are met from day one.

    What you bring

    • 2+ years of maintenance experience in medical device manufacturing or a comparable precision manufacturing setting with CNC systems.
    • Strong troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems on CNC machinery.
    • Working knowledge of CNC programming/control platforms, especially Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi.
    • Excellent organization and time management with a sharp eye for detail.
    • Comfort working independently and as part of a fast-moving production team.
