As You Develop - Machinery Sourcing & Customer Relationships

  • Identify potential opportunities to purchase used CNC machinery and other industrial equipment.
  • Develop relationships with machine shops, manufacturers, and industrial businesses throughout the assigned territory.
  • Proactively contact prospective customers to learn about their equipment needs and identify machinery they may be interested in selling.
  • Help customers understand their options for selling, trading, or liquidating equipment.
  • Work with experienced team members to develop purchase offers, pricing recommendations, and sales opportunities.
  • Gradually assume greater responsibility for managing equipment acquisition and sales opportunities from initial contact through completion.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with CNC machine tools, fabrication equipment, or related industrial machinery.
  • Demonstrated understanding of machine types, functions, specifications, and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to recognize and accurately document equipment features and general condition.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable talking with customers, asking questions, and building professional relationships.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our systems.
  • Willingness to travel to customer facilities throughout the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel.

Experience in machinery sales, purchasing, appraisals, or auctions is a plus, but not required.

A Great Opportunity For Someone With Experience As A:
