    A day in the life

    Start your morning in the southern Ohio market, heading to a customer site in your company vehicle (or using your car allowance). With your company-issued phone and laptop, you dive into a variety of service calls across different facilities—every day brings a new project and a new challenge on top‑tier CNC machining and turning centers. Our streamlined reporting lets you stay focused on what you do best: keeping machines running and customers thrilled. Most evenings, you’re back home; overnight travel is minimal.

    What you’ll take on

    • Own day‑to‑day field service across the territory: on‑site service, new machine installations, and scheduled preventive maintenance.
    • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
    • Resolve customer issues, support sales efforts, and deliver light on‑site training when needed.
    • Communicate clearly with customers, teammates, and partners in fast‑moving environments.
    • Represent Ellison Technologies with professionalism and integrity at all times.
    • Take ownership of every case and project; maintain accurate customer records and technical documentation.

    What you bring

    • Hands‑on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining and turning centers.
    • Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical domains.
    • Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair Skills and Field Service Readiness.
    • A customer‑first mindset and clear, professional communication.

    Travel and territory

    Southern Ohio focus with some travel required; nights away are rare during the week.
