Phillips Staffing is now hiring for a 3rd Shift CNC Set Up Technician for a leading manufacturer located in Liberty, SC! We are seeking motivated individuals who able to work productively in a medium-to-fast paced environment.  Responsibilities

• Perform start-up of machine per procedure.
• Perform machine offsets, tool changes, and fixture alignments.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives in safety, OEE, rework reduction, and team building.
• Collaborate with other Set Up Technicians and Group Leaders on different shifts for smooth transitions.
• Analyze root causes of downtime and implement corrective actions or report to Shift Manager.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance according to scheduled work hours and assigned overtime.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) if preferred.
• 6 months or more CNC Set-up experience.
• Authorized to work for an employer in the U.S.
