CNC Machine Operator
Pay: $17–$20/hour DOE.
Location: Shreveport, LA.
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to operate CNC equipment and produce quality parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have previous CNC experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machinery according to production specifications and work instructions.
- Set up and monitor machines to ensure proper operation and quality.
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and production instructions.
- Use precision measuring tools to inspect finished parts.
- Make basic machine adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Report equipment issues or quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Must have previous CNC machine operation experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow measurements, specifications, and production requirements accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Must be dependable and safety-conscious.
