Pay: $28.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift, 5 8 s (Monday Friday schedule)
What You ll Be Doing
Operate CNC Laser, Waterjet, press brakes, rollers, punch presses and related equipment
Set up, adjust, and run fabrication machinery according to blueprints and work orders
Use calipers, micrometers, gauges and other measuring tools for accuracy
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain accurate production records and inventory transactions
Follow safety procedures and support 5S and ISO quality standards
Assist with equipment maintenance and continuous process improvement
What We re Looking For
1 2 years of fabrication or machine shop experience preferred
Experience with CNC machinery and fabrication equipment
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Frequent lifting, bending, reaching and handling materials
Ability to lift and move heavy materials regularly
Work in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat and metal work exposure
