Express Employment Professionals in South Oklahoma City is currently seeking experienced CMC Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in South Oklahoma City. This position offers the opportunity to work with precision equipment producing high-quality metal components in a fast-paced machine shop environment.
CMC machines use computer-controlled systems to cut and shape materials with high precision for manufacturing parts.
Job Duties:
- Set up and operate CMC machines to manufacture precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Load raw materials and monitor machine operation during production
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Make adjustments to tooling or machine settings as needed
- Maintain clean and safe work area while following all safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating CMC or CNC machines preferred
- Ability to read measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
