    Job Title:   CNC Machine Operator
    Location:   Gemini Precision Machining / 700 E Soper Road, Bad Axe, Michigan
    Available Work Hours:
    • 2nd Shift / 3:30pm - 12:00am
    $500 Sign-on Bonus
    $1000 Referral Bonus Available

    What You’ll Do:
    • Read process sheets, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine dimensions, setup, and operating requirements.
    • Set-up and operate CNC machines to machine steel wool pieces.
    • Perform and document quality inspections.
    • Monitor and replace machine tooling as needed.
    What You’ll Need:
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude with an interest in hands-on manufacturing work.
    • Solid math skills, including working with fractions, decimals, and measurements.
    • Dependable, detail-orientated team member committed to quality, continuous learning, and growth into advanced machining and programming roles.
