CNC Machine OperatorPay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 1st Shift
Location:Joplin, MO The Joplin Penmac office is seeking dependable and experienced CNC Machine Operators for a full-time opportunity with a local manufacturing client. This is a great opportunity for candidates with CNC machine operating experience who are looking for a stable, long-term job with a consistent schedule and overtime opportunities.Requirements for the CNC Machine OperatorTo be considered for this CNC Machine Operator position, candidates must have:
- At least 6 months of CNC machine operating experience
- Experience using precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Willingness to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen
CNC Machine Operator ResponsibilitiesAs a CNC Machine Operator, you will:
- Operate CNC machinery according to production specifications
- Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other gauges
- Monitor machine performance and identify quality concerns
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company safety and production guidelines
- Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
Schedule and Pay
- Monday through Thursday
- 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Overtime required as needed
- 30-minute lunch break
- Two paid 10-minute breaks
- Starting pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour *Pay will increase once rolled to a perm position
