Overview

Join our team as a CNC Machine Operator, where you'll set up and operate CNC lathe and mill machines to produce high-quality parts with a focus on tight-tolerance accuracy. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM (with the option for overtime), and is ideal for a hands-on machinist who takes pride in producing work that meets specifications-every time.

Required Skills

• Experience setting up and operating CNC lathe and mill machines
• Demonstrated ability to maintain tight tolerance control
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, travelers, and work instructions
• Strong attention to production accuracy and quality
• Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and setup tasks
• Experience operating Mori Seiki / Doosan machines with Fanuc control

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience working with additional CNC machine brands or control systems beyond Fanuc
• Experience machining parts that require especially detailed documentation and inspection
• Proven ability to troubleshoot minor setup and production issues during operation
