CNC Machine Operator

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC routers, machining centers, and related equipment to manufacture furniture components according to engineering specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, work orders, and production specifications to produce accurate components.

Shift: Mid-shift 

11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm 

Location: High Point 




Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in furniture, woodworking, cabinetry, or millwork manufacturing.
• Technical training or certification in CNC machining or manufacturing technology.
• Experience programming CNC equipment using G-code or similar programming languages.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing drawings.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting CNC equipment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC routers, machining centers, and related equipment to manufacture furniture components according to engineering specifications.
• Load materials, fixtures, and tooling while ensuring proper machine setup prior to production.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, work orders, and production specifications to produce accurate components.
• Program or edit CNC machine programs as required to improve quality and production efficiency.
