CNC Machine Operator
Department: Manufacturing Employment Type: Full Time Location: Gainesville, FL
Description: Manufacture implants and instruments at an introductory level.
Key Responsibilities: • Operate CNC machines with minimal assistance. • Work from written instructions. • Work Instructions: • Be able to adjust offsets to maintain dimensional integrity. • Ability to inspect own work with minimal assistance. • Meet production standards and quality expectations. • Ability to document results accurately. • Understand and follow GMP procedures as applicable to job duties. • Understand and follow all departmental SOPs. • Document and report any process deviations to team leader. • Understand and comply with all department safety policies and procedures. • Know and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards. • Assist and support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary. • Any other duties as assigned by Team Leader
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: • Able to read blueprints. • Strong math skills. • Able to use basic inspection tools (calipers, mics, etc.). • Some manufacturing experience.
Functional Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Attention to details.
