-Operates the sample press, CNC, and other machinery.
-Monitors cutting tool performance and changes tooling as needed.
-Works closely with team and the mold shop to ensure effective machining processes and see projects through completion.
-Assists with mold sampling, polishing, assembly, and other tooling activities as needed.
-Maintains accurate and up to date file structures for approved molds.
-Works closely with the Production Scheduler to ensure production tooling is completed on time to meet production demands.
-Participates in Lean Manufacturing processes as required.
-Experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment
-Strong mechanical aptitude
-Ability to read/write blueprints/drawings
-Good reading comprehension and math skills
