CNC Machine Operator - 3rd Shift

As a CNC Machine Operator on the 3rd shift, you will play a vital role in operating precision CNC machines, contributing to the quality and excellence that has defined our company since 1992. Wage: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: 10:00PM to 6:00AM from Sunday to Thursday
What You'll Do:
- Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts efficiently and accurately
- Monitor machine functions and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous production
- Maintain attention to detail to meet strict quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures diligently
- Work independently during your shift to meet production goals
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and interpret rulers and basic math skills
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with CNC machinery or related technical training
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Excellent attendance and reliability are essential
