CNC Machine Operator – Entry Level

Location: Monroe, NC

Pay: $21.50–$22.75/hr. based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

Position Overview

Entry-Level CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Monroe, NC. This is a great opportunity for someone with some hands-on CNC machine operation experience who is ready to grow their skills in a manufacturing environment.

Job Duties

* Load raw metal and materials into CNC machines

* Operate CNC equipment and monitor machining cycles

* Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools

* Make basic machine offset adjustments to maintain proper dimensions

* Perform tool changes as needed

* Inspect finished parts using blueprints and specifications

* Identify tool wear, defects, or machine issues

* Maintain production and quality standards

* Keep the machine and work area clean and safe

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

* Some CNC machine operation experience

* Ability to read and understand blueprints

* Basic measuring and inspection skills

* Experience making basic machine offsets or adjustments

* Strong attention to detail

Relevant Experience Includes:

* CNC Operator

* CNC Machinist

* Machine Operator

* Lathe Operator

* Mill Operator

* Swiss CNC Operator

* Production Machinist

No advanced CNC programming experience required. We are looking for someone with a basic CNC background who is ready to continue developing their skills.
