Shift: 8:00 - 4:30, M-F
Expected Hours: 40+

Our client is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Set Up Operator to join our precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating CNC lathes and maintaining high-quality production standards.

- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines for production runs
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met




Must have previous CNC lathe setup experience
Must be able to independently perform machine setups, tooling changes, and offset adjustments
Must be able to read measuring instruments and blueprints
must have a strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
