Your Core Impact

• Set up, operate, monitor, and continuously improve CNC machining processes for tight-tolerance parts.
• Own setups on conventional and CNC equipment using drawings, samples, blueprints, manuals, and computerized instructions.
• Perform in-process and final inspections; complete operational checks and quality tests.
• Document thoroughly: sign-offs, forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Support cross-department workflow, production scheduling, and material/inventory coordination.
• Train operators and contribute to team leadership as experience grows.
• Assist with additional tasks to maintain schedule and quality.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and use calipers, micrometers, indicators, edge finders, and blueprints.
• Practical experience with CNC controls and cutting tools.
• Proficiency in deburring and part handling to customer specifications.
• Independent, safety- and quality-minded work habits.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and communicative across departments and management.
• Accountable decision-making and ownership of results.
