Essential Job Functions
Perform setups and adjust offsets as needed.
Willingness and ability to plan and meet performance and production expectations
Operating CNC Machines with fanuc controls.
Meet quality standards and blue print tolerances.
Perform program editing (speed, feed tools, etc.) Fanuc 18i control.
Examine finished work pieces and verifies conformance to quality standards
Accurately completes work order paperwork/documentation.
Perform routine and preventative machine maintenance and inspections as required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Should have experience with G Code/ Fanuc.
Reliable, dependable, and dedicated to meeting quality and integrity standards.
Driven to solve problems and help others.
Good time management skills.
Education and Experience
5+ years prior CNC or machinist experience required for senior level operator
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work in noisy environments
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times multiple times a day during shift.
