CNC Lathe Machinist
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team in Canton, Ohio. If you have experience operating CNC or CNC Lathe machines and enjoy working in a manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.

Hours:
1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm, with overtime as needed
Pay:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC Lathe machines to fabricate precision parts
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
Perform quality control checks to ensure parts meet specifications
Use measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions
Make adjustments to machine settings to maintain accuracy
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Handle materials and tools safely and efficiently
Package finished parts for shipment or further processing
Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience operating CNC Lathe machines
Nice to Have Skills:
Familiarity with SolidWorks or other CAD software
Experience with welding, tooling, or assembly
Strong math skills
Knowledge of materials handling and fabrication techniques
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of CNC Lathe experience
