What You'll Do as a CNC Operator:- Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automated metal fabrication equipment
- Execute and document production activities in the MRP system
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Perform shearing and punching of aluminum materials
- Maintain a clean and organized shop and work area
- Track inventory and support quarterly inventory counts
What You Need to Bring to the CNC Operator Role:- Demonstrate experience with CNC, laser, or fabrication machinery preferred
- Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Follow production processes and documentation requirements accurately
- Use basic computer systems for production and inventory tracking
- Work independently and support team operations as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Lift or move materials up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
