Pay: $19–$25/hr
Hours: 5am-1:30pm + overtime
Our client is looking for a CNC Grinder / Manufacturing Technician to grind, finish, and inspect industrial rollers and wheels. You’ll operate grinding and polishing machines, check dimensions, and help keep production running smoothly.
Grinder Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate grinding and polishing machines to meet required specs.
Load/unload rollers and components safely.
Follow work instructions and production schedules.
Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions.
Monitor machines and report defects or issues.
Keep accurate production and quality records.
Assist with setups, tooling changes, and basic maintenance.
Maintain a clean, safe work area.
Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Support continuous improvement efforts.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
2–3+ years of manufacturing, machine operation, or grinding experience preferred.
Experience with grinders, lathes, or polishing equipment is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to read and follow instructions.
Basic knowledge of precision measuring tools.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for 8+ hours.
