Experienced CNC Grinder / CNC Machining Operator
Latrobe, PA
Starting at $24/hour+ based on experience
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You'll Do
- Set up, program and operate CNC grinding equipment
- Read blueprints and technical drawings
- Use G-Code, Mastercam, or machine-specific programming
- Select tooling, grinding wheels and fixtures
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, comparators, CMMs and other precision tools
- Maintain quality standards and production records
- Troubleshoot equipment and assist with setups
- Perform basic machine maintenance and follow safety procedures
What You Bring
- Five Years of CNC machining or grinding experience
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- CNC programming experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented and safety-focused
- High school diploma or GED
