You begin your shift walking the production floor, ears tuned for unusual spindle noise and eyes scanning PM dashboards. A lathe is due for a scheduled inspection, so you grease bearings, check drive belts, and confirm lubrication circuits are flowing. Mid-morning, a CNC throws a servo alarm—you isolate the fault using schematics, test low-voltage controls with a meter, and replace a worn encoder cable to get the line back up quickly. After lunch, you help install a new conveyor, align guards, and verify three-phase rotation. You wrap up by updating the CMMS with parts used, logging corrective actions, and coordinating tomorrows priorities with productionalways with safety and lockout/tagout top of mind.
This role keeps our manufacturing assets running safely and efficiently by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinerywith occasional facility repairs when needed.
Starting pay range: $25.00 $32.00 per hour. This is a full-time, hourly position.
