Core responsibilities
- Keep customer equipment reliable through field repairs, installations, and proactive maintenance.
- Lead troubleshooting, stabilize processes, and coach operators with targeted training.
- Partner with sales on technical questions and solution scoping.
- Communicate clearly with everyone from machinists to executives.
- Protect the brand: act professionally and ethically in all settings.
- Document service actions meticulously; own your cases and projects end-to-end.
- Support additional related duties as needed.
Experience we look for
- Direct work with CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers—installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Depth across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical domains.
Technical strengths
- Preventive maintenance program creation and execution
- Motor maintenance, repair, and replacement
- Full-spectrum CNC machine repair
- Equipment installation, alignment, and commissioning
- CNC setup and changeover
- Spindle maintenance and repair
- Methodical CNC troubleshooting
