Your Impact
- Translate blueprints and drawings into accurate setups and quality parts.
- Drive throughput by monitoring cycle times, quality metrics, and machine utilization.
- Prevent unplanned downtime through routine maintenance and quick troubleshooting.
- Partner with colleagues to align on daily goals, schedules, and priorities.
- Document production output and promptly flag any deviations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.
Core Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machinery to meet specification and timeline requirements.
- Continuously monitor machining processes and make data-driven adjustments.
- Perform basic repairs and coordinate with leadership on complex issues.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety practices and production standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in CNC operation or a closely related machining role.
- Working knowledge of CNC programming principles and controls.
- Ability to read prints, understand tolerances, and follow technical documentation.
