    CNC Assistant

    Join a team where precision matters and quality is the standard. As a CNC Assistant, you'll support the production of parts across a wide range of materials and sizes-helping keep machining operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications
    • Understand and apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) in daily work
    • Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet quality requirements
    • Support lean manufacturing practices by following efficient, standardized processes
    • Ensure consistent quality through proper loading and setup of parts and tools
    • Identify and resolve tooling issues, including replacing worn tools as needed
    • Assist with production of parts ranging from miniature components to very large workpieces
    • Maintain a clean, organized work area with strong attention to detail
    • Troubleshoot equipment and product issues, including handling rework when required
    • Follow all safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
    • Participate in special projects and complete other duties as assigned

    What We're Looking For

    • Ability to read and work from blueprints and follow detailed instructions
    • Working knowledge of GD&T and how it applies to part quality and inspection
    • Comfort performing basic inspections during the production process
    • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety and quality
    • Ability to work with parts and tooling in a production environment, including varying sizes and materials
