As a CNC Mill Programmer / Setup Operator, you'll program, set up, and operate various CNC milling machines and press brakes. You’ll work with Mazak and HSG laser machinery, perform tooling setups, and make precise tool offset adjustments. Your expertise will help produce high-quality parts that meet tight tolerances, ensuring customer satisfaction and production efficiency. What You'll Do
As a CNC Mill Programmer / Setup Operator, you will be responsible for

• Programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines and press brake equipment
• Working with Mazak and HSG laser systems
• Performing tooling setups and adjusting tool offsets for optimal performance
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Creating detailed drawings as needed
• Recognizing different materials like aluminum and galvanized steel to ensure proper processing
• Inspecting finished parts to verify they meet strict tolerance requirements
• Maintaining machine accuracy and consistent quality throughout production runs
• Troubleshooting machining issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Following all safety procedures and adhering to production standards
• Working closely with engineering and production teams to optimize workflow and quality

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience programming and operating CNC machines, particularly Mazak and laser systems
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and technical drawings
