Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications Requirements:
  • Montana CNA License
  • BLS certification
• Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of LTC experience
  • Strong acute care and swing bed experience
  • Dementia experience preferred
• Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days and nights
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to perform patient care functions

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient conditions, treatments, and progress.
