Executive Home Care of Manassas is looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA/PCA Caregiver to join our team in Manassas, VA. Responsibilities:- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Administer medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
- Transport clients to appointments or errands as required
Requirements:- Current CNA or PCA certification preferred; relevant experience considered
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical caregiving setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
