CNA or Caregiver in West Chester and Exton

Clementine Home Care is looking for a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for a case 9 AM - 9 PM, 7 days a week in West Chester near the edge of Exton, PA.

What You Will Do:

·         Work 12 hour shifts. 9 AM - 9 PM

·         Provide personal care to client and assist her in common daily activities such as preparing meals, assisting with hygiene, etc.

·         Genuinely connect with clients and their families

We Offer:

·         Competitive wages - $19 - 20 / hour (pay will be scaled based on verifiable experience level). 

·         Mileage compensation  (currently 70 cents per mile) between cases

·         Paid Time Off

·         Holiday incentive pay

·         Profit sharing plan - Company contributions will be made at the Company’s discretion to all employees who meet the plan’s eligibility requirements.

Requirements: 

·         Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or the equivalent and maintenance of certification

·         CPR certification

·         High school diploma or equivalent is required

·         Previous home care experience with acceptable references preferred

·         Excellent customer service skills 

·         Prolonged periods of standing and walking

·         Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
