Job Description:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a team on a per diem basis. This position offers a competitive rate of $21.00 - $28.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist in the monitoring of residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with transferring and positioning residents safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New York.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach towards resident care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
