Title: CNA / Nurse Assistant

Location: 2 Coulter Rd Clifton Springs, NY 14432
Start Date: 10/13/2026
Schedule: Mid 5x8-Hour (15:00 - 23:00) 40hours/week

  • Beds: 23

  • Unit: LTC

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year

  • First-Time Traveler: Not accepted

  • Local Candidates: Not accepted — must live >50 miles

  • Float: Required

  • Weekend: Every Other Weekend (EOW)

  • Ratio:1:10 — Days / Nights / Weekends

  • Certification:BLS required

  • Fingerprint: Forms must be submitted within 48 hours of signing
