About the Role:Lady's Care Solutions LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in Nashville, TN. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most, providing hands-on care and support every day.
Responsibilities:- Assist patients and residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning patients
- Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with care plans
Requirements:- Active CNA certification in the state of Tennessee
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting preferred
- Strong understanding of patient care, safety, and infection control procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a care team
- Reliable transportation and ability to meet scheduling requirements
