As a Home Health Aides (HHA), you will:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as light housekeeping, preparing meals, assisting with personal hygiene, and grocery shopping
- Provide companionship and conversation
- Teach patients essential self-care skills, as needed
- Help the patient navigate the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and communicating needs to our nursing team, when appropriate
To qualify for a Home Health Aides (HHA) position with us, you will need:
- Active CNA License OR HHA Certificate of completion from a credited program OR Completion of our Home Health Aide Training Program.
- Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient’s condition
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
