Shift Time : 12 Hours Day/Night

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a skilled nursing/LTC setting
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Take and document vital signs and other assigned patient information
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation as needed
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the appropriate nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection-control standards
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and independence
• Collaborate effectively with nurses and other members of the healthcare team
  
  Note: Housing: Shared furnished apartments are available within city limits, with Wi-Fi provided. Candidates with their own housing are welcome to inquire.
