Position Title: CNA – Med SurgLocation: Portland, OR 97216Duration: 13-week Work Schedule: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Pay rate: 25-27$/hr.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care under the direction of an RN.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and personal care.
- Assist with nutrition, hydration, elimination, positioning, and restorative care.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including pulse and blood pressure.
- Assist with patient mobility and basic care needs.
- Report patient status and concerns to the RN.
- Assist with positioning devices and restraints as directed.
- Perform assigned clerical duties and maintain accurate documentation.
- Prioritize tasks and help maintain smooth unit operations.
Requirements:- Active CNA certification required.
- BLS certification required.
- EPIC experience REQUIRED.
- Must be available for 36 hours/week.
- Must be available to start on 09/14/2026.
- Holiday RTO will not be approved.
- Must be flexible to work required holidays if scheduled.
