Adventist Health Portland in Portland, Oregon, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for its Med/Surg Acute 2 unit. The CNA will provide basic patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, support patient mobility and personal hygiene, and report patient conditions or concerns to the nursing team.
RequirementsActive CNA certification required.
Current BLS certification required.
EPIC experience required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to assist patients with bathing, dressing, feeding, positioning, and mobility.
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
