Location: McCrory, Arkansas 72101
Duration: 13-week
Work Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
40 hours per week
Pay rate: $26/hr ($1,040.00)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • We are seeking an experienced and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality patient care in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate must be flexible with scheduling, available to work weekends and holidays, and committed to supporting residents' daily care needs.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

  • Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to nursing staff.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

  • Support resident comfort, safety, dignity, and overall well-being.

  • Requirements

  • Active CNA certification.

  • Previous experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility.

  • Ability to work five 8-hour shifts and accept 16-hour shifts when needed.

  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, and nights, including every weekend and holidays.

  • Must have a completely clean background check.

  • Reliable attendance and strong communication skills.

  • Additional Information

  • Evening shifts are the primary requirement, but candidates must be flexible to work other shifts.

  • Available shifts: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
