About the Role:
We’re seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides/CNAs to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. You’ll provide essential care and support in a home setting, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity for every client.
Care Location/ Service Area: St Augustine, FL 32095
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay: $18 per hour
- Hours: 24- 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
- Schedule: Block scheduling 7p to 7a Sunday through Saturday and 7a to 7p Friday, Saturday and Sunday only
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to improve clients’ quality of life.
- Monitor and document clients’ health status and report changes to healthcare professionals.
- Offer medication reminders and support mobility or prescribed exercises.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean home environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team.
- Follow all safety, health, and regulatory guidelines while providing care.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
- Prior experience in home health care or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to follow care plans accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
