CNA/HHA- Mind & Memory

The Village at Willow Crossings Mind & Memory Neighborhood is hiring a Part Time and Per Diem CNA/HHAs to join our team.

Schedule: 2pm-10pm (includes every other weekend) Part Time

Per Diem (includes a monthly weekend) All Shifts

Starting rate: $18.50/hour

We are looking for compassionate CNA/HHAs to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA/HHAs Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
