• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and other treatments as needed

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare team members

• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
