Are you a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking to make a difference in the lives of others? We are seeking skilled and caring Home Care CNAs to join our team, providing personalized, high-quality care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. This role is ideal for individuals who want to offer support and assistance to those in need while fostering a positive and respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and record patient vitals, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with medication reminders and ensure safe medication administration
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Document all care provided in compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification in good standing in corresponding state
- Previous experience in home care, hospital, or long-term care setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful toward clients
- Must be able to lift and move patients as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings
