Key Responsibilities- Assist resident with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.
- Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the night shift.
- Assist with resident mobility and transfers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols.
- Support nursing staff with various clinical tasks as assigned.
- Document resident care activities accurately and timely.
Qualifications- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Previous experience as a CNA preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, resident-focused, and reliable.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
