    Logan Health is hiring Certified Nurse Aides and providing everything you need to get there: paid classroom instruction, hands-on clinical experience, and full support to pass the Montana State CNA exam — all while earning a paycheck as a Logan Health employee from day one.

    You'll be interviewed and hired into a specific unit and schedule before training begins, so you know exactly where you're headed, and your team is ready for you.     Critical Access Hospital | Chester
    Available schedules: PRN

    • Build a broad clinical skill set while caring for patients with a variety of healthcare needs in a close-knit rural hospital setting

    • Work alongside RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to support safe, compassionate, patient-centered care

    • Gain valuable hospital experience and a strong clinical foundation for CNAs interested in continuing to grow within nursing and healthcare

    Assisted Living | Chester

    Available schedules: Full Time & PRN Status

    • Support residents with daily living needs while helping them maintain independence, comfort, and quality of life

    • Build meaningful relationships with residents and families in a welcoming, close-knit assisted living environment

    • Work alongside nurses and care team members to provide compassionate, person-centered support in a small rural community

    What You'll Do

    • Provide direct patient and resident care including hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility assistance, repositioning, and comfort

    • Obtain and communicate vital signs and other patient or resident observations within your scope

    • Assist with meals, hydration, activities of daily living, and maintaining a safe care environment

    • Support patients and residents with dignity, compassion, and respect

    • Recognize and communicate changes or concerns to nursing staff

    • Assist nursing staff with documentation and communication

    • Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members

    Training Schedule

    • Start Date: September 8, 2026 (Tuesday after Labor Day)

    • Training Dates: September 8th – October 2nd

    • Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm for 3 weeks

    Weeks 1–2 — Classroom (Didactic) & Skills Lab

    Build a strong foundation in core CNA skills, patient and resident care fundamentals, safety, mobility, activities of daily living, infection prevention, communication, and essential healthcare knowledge.

    Weeks 3— Clinical Rotations & Training

    Gain hands-on experience at Logan Health facilities under the supervision of experienced clinical instructors. Trainees placed in Acute Care receive additional unit-specific training, simulations, and role-specific competencies.

    Graduates are well-prepared to work in high-demand settings including medical units, surgical units, transitional care, and long-term care — with clear opportunities to grow within Logan Health.

    Included in the course: Textbook and voucher for scrubs provided.

    Shift:

    Variable - 12 Hours (United States of America)

    Work Schedule: Multiple schedules available
    Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. for 3 weeks
