Responsibilities:
- Provide daily personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers
- Take vital signs and monitor changes in condition
- Support residents’ emotional and social well‑being
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members to ensure quality care
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification in IOWA
- Genuine caring attitude with excellent communication skills
- Dependable and compassionate work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED
Experience:
- Entry Level (0-2 years)
