The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide mobility support and help residents move safely.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Work closely with nurses and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications:

• Active CNA license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
