CNA (CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT) and PATIENT CARE AIDE

We are seeking a CNA and Patient Care Aide to join our team in Waxhaw NC!

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
• Assist with activities of daily living in the patient's home
• Assist with medication reminders
• Communicate changes in patient needs to immediate supervisor
• Provide companionship and basic care to patients
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment

• Previous experience in patient care, or other related fields
• Must be able to travel to patient's home in Waxhaw N.C.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to work well in teams
